The After Hours Glitch for BBBY

I received these screenshots from @PhantomBlack691 on Twitter. He has shown me multiple times this week that the AH volume drops, which is quite mindblowing because is someone really just erasing shares?

If you look at the above images, we can see that the AH volume is 1.31M at 4pm EST. 25 minutes later the volume has decreased to 180.76K shares. Legit, WTF is this Gary? Can someone please do their job?

There could be a number of explanations for this but I'm pretty sure they all revolve around fraud. This isn't a one-off anomaly either, @PhantomBlack691 has seen this at least 10x now.
